Olaitan Adetutu Oduwaiye :
Olaitan is the last born of Mummy Olufunmilola and Admiral Oduwaiye. She was a special gift from God to the family; hence she was named Olaitan (Yoruba for ‘inexhaustible wealth'). She was born in New Delhi India in 1975; few months to the return of the family back home after 3½ years of her father's service as the Nigerian High Commissioner to India. After her primary education at Army Children School, Bonny Camp in Victoria Island, Lagos, she went to Federal Government College, Kwali, Abuja where she obtained her West African School Certificate in 1991. Olaitan then proceeded to The University of Ilorin, Kwara State where she graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) (Hons.) degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering in 1999.
After her national service, she has continued to develop a career in the Information Technology. This motivated her to obtain two professional certificates in IT namely Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer ( MCSE ) certification NT 4.0 and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator ( MCDBA ) certification 2000 with expertise in the following areas:
• Network solution, design and implementation and management (LAN, WAN). • Smart card technology and transaction processing. • Software installations analysis and maintenance Since serving with the Securecard Trust Company during her NYSC, she has secured appointment with the same company under the Electronic Information Exchange ( STC-ELINEX ) department of the company and has worked there from March 2000 to date.
A pretty lady, Olaitan is blessed with a great sense of humour. Gentle and easy-going, she is hardly provoked. She relates very well with everybody, always beaming with inescapable smiles which seems to well with her charisma. She is industrious, and there is no doubt that her hardworking nature will carry her through her good ambitions.
